TECH200 - IT Operations and Business Systems

This course provides an overview of IT operations in a modern organization. Students will learn best practices for technology safety, environmental impact, communication, and professionalism. Additional topics include system development practices and methodologies, ethics, and the impact of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing, and more.
