ECED202 - Early Childhood Program AdministrationSemester Credit Hour(s) 3 The administrator of an ECE program is responsible for its day to day management, including supervision of staff, and establishing relationships with families and the community. This course will cover how to design an early childhood program, how to manage space, materials, staffing, planning, record keeping, accounting, budgeting, staff development, enrollment management, marketing, as well as compliance with regulations. Analyzing state regulations and how they impact the design of the program are key components to be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on how these aspects impact the overall operation and quality of the early childhood program.
