ECON325 - MicroeconomicsSemester Credit Hour(s) 3 (SS) This social science course, based upon the “allocation of scarce resources,” examines basic economic assumptions and models. Though the economic functions of government and aggregate concepts are addressed, the course primarily has a microeconomic focus. Opportunity costs, supply and demand, market equilibrium and the GNP/GDP are covered. The impact of business cycles, economic policies, deregulation, environmental protection and labor on both the market and the individual organization is also highlighted.
