PTAP236 - Professional Issues in Physical TherapySemester Credit Hour(s) 1 This course will examine the importance of professionalism in PT, the role of credentialing agencies and the use of professional literature and research to keep the profession and the practice of physical therapy current. Topics include the effective use of professional literature, understanding requirements for credentialing, effective and professional communication, educational responsibilities, liability considerations and the importance of on-going professional development.
