The Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management degree program fully prepares graduates to enter careers in human resources-related roles in different organizational settings. Students will gain the knowledge and skills to effectively make ethical, strategic decisions tied to employee training, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits to maximize organizational productivity and profitability. Graduates will have the knowledge and skills needed to execute initiatives and strategies related to diversity and inclusion within an organization. Career opportunities include compensation and benefits managers, training and development managers, human resources specialists, social and community service managers, and management analysts. By the end of this degree program, students will be prepared to take the SHRM-CP Exam.
